Our skin frequently gets dull in the winter, so Dr. Bowe suggests using a glycolic peel to remove the top layer of skin. The effects can last for about a month, and the price is typically between $100 and $300.

Tip: Dr. Bowe says there is a “golden ratio” when it comes to the size of your lips. She says that you want your lower lip to be 1.618 times the size of your upper lip. She says that when the top lip is made significantly bigger via lip injections, it tends to look fake, so make sure to keep that ratio in mind if you are having a treatment done.
