Return Policy for Skin Care and Retail Products

We are dedicated to offering our patients the best skin care products available. Some of our products will require time for your skin to become acclimated as they have active ingredients. If you have any questions about your skin care products, please do not hesitate to contact our office so we can review your concerns. We want to ensure you are using your skin care products correctly to optimize your results.

We do not offer monetary refunds on skin care products.

Our return policy is only applicable to non-prescription grade products, and we only accept returns for credit (money will remain on your Contour Dermatology account) within 14 days of your purchase with valid receipt. These products must be unused and unopened.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on physician grade products (for example, but not limited to: Hydroquinone products, Tretinoin products, Latisse, Capillus). All prescription grade products are final sale and we are unable to accept returns under any circumstance.
