Shipping Policy

At Contour Dermatology, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and secure shipping for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If there are any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. - Estimated delivery times/costs are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3-7business days $10.00
Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping.
Express Shipping: We do not offer Express shipping.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing. - Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. - Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link or by visiting USPS.com. - International Shipping is not available
- Delayed or Lost Shipments:
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at orders@contourderm.com for assistance. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. - Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at orders@contourderm.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
- Changes & Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your shipping details or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.
