Dermal fillers, also called facial fillers or soft tissue fillers, reduce the appearance of facial lines and restore volume and fullness to the face. They work a bit differently from injectables like Botox and Dysport — facial fillers are gel-like substances that are injected under the skin and remain there for months (or, in some cases, years!)
