VISIA generates quantitative values for skin features that previously could only be evaluated subjectively. A multi-spectral imaging system captures key visual information for six areas affecting complexion health and appearance:

· Wrinkles

· Spots

· UV Spots

· Pore Size

· Texture/Evenness

· Porphyrins (bacterial count)

Patients receive easy to understand reports and even a comparison of their skin evaluation to 100 other people in their same skin type and age, indicating which percentile they are in by category. (The higher the score, the better the condition of your skin.) This analysis will provide you with the comprehensive data needed to develop your specific treatment plan.
