Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Same day cancellations will be charged a no show fee. Please call us within 24 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment. All Pending balances will be collected at time of checking in for your appointment. Three (3) or more no-shows within any six (6) month period may result in you being discharged from our practice.

Please note that we do not accept changes or cancellations via email or text message. If you are unable to make this appointment, it is important that you call us at 760-423-4000 as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements.
