Dr. Timothy Jochen is a big believer in giving back, though he’s admittedly not so comfortable talking about it. Since arriving in the Coachella Valley in 2001, the board-certified dermatologist and founder of Contour Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery Center, which has offices in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta, has quietly supported more than 60 local nonprofits — in addition to national ones, like the American Red Cross Disaster Relief and the Skin Cancer Foundation — even though you may not have heard about it.
